Oak Engineering & Manufacturing can integrate the OakStop Gauge with a PLC (programmable logic control) that can automate the OakStop Gauge to allow it to automatically feed material at additional cost. Using a material clamp attached to the pusher, the material can be fed automatically into a saw, punch press, drill press, shear. etc. Oak Engineering & Manufacturing can also integrate the PLC’s to work with robotic arms, clamping fixtures, welder, drill press, saw, or other forms of equipment to automate a process line. Oak Engineering & Manufacturing can design and implement automation for our customers upon inquiry.
The OakStop Gauge can push up to 400 lbs (181 kg) on a low friction solid surface, 800 lbs (362 kg) on a roller table, when used responsibly. OakStop automatic stop/pusher saw gauges are available in working lengths from 6 foot (1.8 meters) to 19 foot (5.8 meters). The actual overall length is the working length plus 24 inches (60.96 centimeters). Longer lengths available upon inquiry.
The OakStop Gauge can be set up in different languages – Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese as well as English. The OakStop automatic stop/pusher gauge comes with 1 year limited warranty.
